Whether you want a basic proofread or a heavy edit, your manuscript is in good hands with me. I specialize in business writing and scholarly articles, but I also edit fiction and general nonfiction. I’m an expert in the Chicago Manual of Style and also have experience in APA and AP.

My editorial philosophy is about enhancing your unique voice, not conforming it to anyone else’s. I believe in clearly communicating my edits and the reasons behind them, and developing a true partnership with you that will allow your words to shine. And, I’m a real human editor–I don’t use AI in my work.

I’ve been in the nonprofit space for nearly fifteen years, and have a wealth of experience in writing for various audiences, developing and presenting PowerPoints, and seeing complex, multi-year projects through from that first spark of an idea to the tail end. I’m a generalist, with a strong curiosity and ability to figure out what needs to happen to get the job done. A colleague once called me “unflappable,” which is one of my favorite compliments of all time.
